Responsibility of Owner:
You must disclose any known behavioral issues, such as reactivity, biting, or aggressive tendencies.
A history of biting or aggression does not disqualify your pet from my services but allows me to prepare appropriately and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
Honest and accurate communication about your pet's behavior is essential for a safe and positive experience.
My responsibility:
I will conduct a thorough assessment of your pet’s behavior and temperament at the start of the service.
If, at any point, I determine that it is unsafe to proceed, I reserve the right to refuse or stop the service.
In the event the service cannot be completed or is halted for safety reasons, you will not be charged the full-service fee. However, a $30 travel fee will still apply.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/Deposit Policy:
I kindly ask that any requests to reschedule or cancel appointments be made at least 48 hours in advance. If a request is made within this timeframe, your deposit will either be refunded or carried over to a rescheduled appointment. However, if you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
I understand that emergencies can happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out to me directly as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate a future appointment.
Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointments up to three times. On the fourth request to reschedule, the original appointment will be canceled, and the initial deposit will be forfeited. A new appointment must then be booked online with a new deposit. This policy ensures fairness and efficiency in scheduling, as frequent rescheduling can prevent other clients from booking available time slots.
Since I personally manage all bookings, excessive rescheduling disrupts the schedule and affects my ability to accommodate everyone fairly. This policy is in place to respect everyone’s time and maintain the smooth operation of my business.
